Validity and Amendments of the Agreement
This agreement is valid from the moment a user starts using the Coffee Lab website or initiates a transaction through the online store. Any changes to product sale terms made after a transaction begins will not affect that transaction. Other changes take effect one day after being posted on the website.

Purchases on the website can be made via:

• TBC Installment payment
Please note: purchases can only be made using Georgian-issued bank cards.
Legal Warranty
If a product is found defective, the customer has the right to request repair or replacement, a price reduction, or contract termination.
Repair or replacement must occur within a reasonable timeframe (15 calendar days) and without significant inconvenience, based on the nature and intended purpose of the product.
All costs associated with repair or replacement (including shipping, labor, and materials) are covered by LLC “Coffee Lab”.
A price reduction or contract termination is allowed under the following circumstances:
a) Repair or replacement is impossible;
b) Coffee Lab fails to repair/replace within a reasonable period, and the customer has lost interest in the contract;
c) The customer experiences substantial inconvenience due to repair/replacement delays.
In case of contract termination, the customer may also request compensation for any damages resulting from the breach, as per Georgian law.
